I live peaefully in Northern California with my lovely wife, three cats and a wide variety of nature's beasts that frequent our pond and acreage
I began writing in 2007 at the age of 70. A bit of a late bloomer. In the past eight years I have written well over six hundred poems and short stories. and self published four books of poetry and prose. The subject matter has been varied. I have wrtten a couple of short stories and a number of poems with Irish and Scotish lore as the theme as well as poems that focus on nature, politics, humor and the heavens.
Whatever the subject may be my primary objective is to entertain and to stimulate the reader's imagination and give rise to thoughts that might awaken one's curiosity about this ever changing world in which we live.
